主講人簡介：

何樂融，于美國賓西法尼亞大學沃頓商學院取得管理學博士學位。她現任紐約州立大學杰納蘇分校商學院院長、管理學教授，及福州大學經濟與管理學院特聘教授、博士生導師。何教授為2020年紐約州杰出學者獎獲得者及福建省第四批“百人計劃”創新人才。何教授的主要研究領域為公司治理、高管決策及企業戰略管理。她在此領域的研究成果包括近50篇國際一流期刊論文以及書本章節和專著。她目前擔任Management Research Review主編， Asia Pacific Journal of Management以及Corporate Governance: An International Review 編委，中國管理研究國際協會(IACMR) 秘書長，并擔任管理、金融及會計領域數十種國際一流期刊的審稿人。
