主講人簡介：

Euijune Kim 是韓國首爾大學農業經濟與農村發展系城市與區域經濟學教授。他目前擔任首爾大學區域研究與空間分析融合專業項目(Integrated Program in Regional Studies and Spatial Analytics ）主席。Kim 教授擁有康奈爾大學區域科學博士學位，擅長城市與區域經濟學、空間與基礎設施政策、投入產出和可計算一般均衡模型等領域。他的研究成果廣泛發表在該領域的主要期刊上，包括 Risk Analysis, Journal of Transport Geography, Papers in Regional Science, Urban Studies, Real Estate Economics等。Kim 教授目前是美國西部區域科學協會副會長，曾擔任 Annals of Regional Science, the International Journal of Urban Sciences，Journal of Korea Planning Association 等SSCI、KCI期刊的主編。他還擔任美國伊利諾伊大學香檳分校（Regional Economics Applications Laboratory）、內華達大學拉斯維加斯分校（ Public Policy and Leadership ）、日本九州大學（ Faculty of Economics ）、香港大學（ Urban Planning and Design ）的客座教授。

講座內容：

In this presentation, we summarize the history and development cases of the Computable General Equilibrium Model. Additionally, we explore how policy experiments can be conducted using a simplified model consisting of two producers and two consumers.
